Hello,
Hope this is the right mailing list.
Trying to do an install over Centos 8 Stream.
I have tried 4 times to install Rocky Linux. The first attempt, it booted back into Centos. The second , third and fourth attempt, I get no operating system found.
I am not new to this. Started using Red Hat 2.0 in the mid-90's. I also have a Rocky Linux 8 VM running on Virtualbox on the system I'm trying to overwrite.
I ran out of disk space /root partition and I hosed things up trying to resize it. Figured now is a good time to move on from Centos.
During the installs, I have deleted previous partitions and reclaimed all the space. I'm not sure what's wrong. I have Debian 9 running on a Dell 420 PowerEdge. Its OK, but I prefer an rpm based system.
Thanks for any suggestions!!!
