CPUs where I want to install Rocky-9.x are:

* Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU 5150 @ 2.66GHz * Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU 5160 @ 3.00GHz * AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 4180

In these CPUs, I can’t install Rocky-9.x and I am forced to install Rocky-8.x.
