Hello.
The migrate2rocky script is for Enterprise Linux 8 systems (CentOS, Alma, Oracle, and so on). You won't be able to use it to upgrade/migrate from CentOS 7 to Rocky Linux 8. It is recommended that you install a new Rocky Linux 8 system and restore backups/configurations as needed to the new system. You can optionally use the ELevate product to upgrade the system, but we have not tested it so we cannot recommend its use.
